Thanks, this works for me too, however, it's too fast and I change the line:
transform.Translate(-touchDeltaPosition.x * speed, -touchDeltaPosition.y * speed, 0);
by
transform.Translate(-touchDeltaPosition.x * speed * Time.deltaTime, -touchDeltaPosition.y * speed * Time.deltaTime, 0);
and it goes very well :)
